Where can I access the course materials?

We provide easy access to all course materials through our online platform. Each program enrollment will provide step by step instructions and materials to guide you through the learning journey. 

Can I get personalized assistance with my studies?

Our board liaison is always available to offer assistance with the learning program website and can help you access materials, provide login instructions, or offer other assistance. Please reach out to your  board liason anytime for individualized guidance tailored to your learning needs.

What are the fees for accessing the learning resources?

All courses and materials provided will be sponsored by the Credit Union, including fee based certification programs. Review the board education budget policy and work with your board liaison to answer any questions. 

What certifications are available upon course completion?

Upon successful completion of our courses, you will receive acknowledgement of completion and satisfy the educational requirements of your role as a board member. Any industry-recognized certifications will be validated with a certification of completion.
